ITEM OR SIZE NO LONGER AVAILABLE
If an item or a specific size is not in the webshop or is not clickable, then that item or size is (temporarily) out of stock and cannot be ordered. Leave your e-mail details with the item in question and you will be notified when this item is available again. Of course, you can also contact one of our shops for shop stock.ORDER TRACKING
When your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code from DHL by e-mail. This allows you to check the status of your order.CANCEL ORDER
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel placed orders as they are automatically processed in our systems. After you have received your order, you can return it.DISCOUNT CODE
When completing your order, you can enter a discount code. If the discount amount and the invoice amount do not match, you must pay the outstanding amount via one of the payment methods. If you have used a discount code online and the entire order is returned, a new discount code can be requested via webshop@nikkie.nl using your order number.
